Registered Nurse RGN

Milton Keynes

£17 – £19 per hour

We are working with a leading care home provider, who has an amazing opportunity for an experienced registered nurse that is passionate about providing high quality nursing & clinical care to residents.

Flexible hours available Mon to Sun – 12 hour shifts 8am – 8pm and 8pm – 8am. Full time and part time.

Responsibilities:

*

To promote independence & improve mobility in residents

*

Maintain & review accurate records and of Clients within the Care home

*

Identify client’s care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual residents and other relevant persons

*

Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Company’s procedure and NMC guidelines

*

Ensure that Residents Care Plans are completed and maintained and in accordance with NMC guidelines & Company policy

Experience & qualifications:

*

1-2 years qualified and registered with the NMC as (RGN/RMN)

*

Ideally experienced in a care environment

*

Confident in all areas of care planning and delivery

*

Able to work a flexible shift pattern

*

Satisfactory CRB / DBS checks
