Cloud Service Desk Engineer (Remote)

Seeking two Support Engineers (L1 and L2) – up to £30,000 (for the pure 1st line/Entry level role £20-22k is realistic) + Microsoft Certified Training + Shift Allowance
(4 days on 4 days off shift pattern)
As the successful Cloud Support Engineer you will have:
Prior experience in a 1st Line/2nd Line role previously, working as part of a busy Service Desk Team
Prior MSP (Managed Service Provider) background (for 2nd line role only)
Strong Microsoft 365 skills
Any certifications welcomed, Microsoft 365 & Azure Administrator Certificates are ideal (AZ 104, MS 100/101)
Any CSP (Cloud Solutions Provider)/ Licensing experience advantageous

Ability to work well as a key member of a close-knit team
As the successful Cloud Support Engineer you will:
Be providing 1st and 2nd line Support to End Users and Technical Consultants
Support on a wide range of Microsoft Products (If it has a Microsoft badge then they support it!)
Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365 (& Microsoft 365 Admin Centre), Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, Teams, Onedrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Outlook etc
Effectively and efficiently manage critical incidents and you’ll build relationships to effectively work with your colleagues, Microsoft and other external suppliers to resolve issues.
