Used Car Sales Manager – High Wycombe

Our client, the No1 motor trade employer in the UK, is looking to recruit an experienced Used Car Sales Manager

The perfect candidate will be 'Driven' 'Enthusiastic' 'Passionate' and a strong positive minded person

As Used Car Sales Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Used Car Sales department

The role will include stock control, used car valuations, competitor analysis and pricing, forecourt display, internet advertising, second facing customer and deal generation as well as driving the team forward

The successful candidate will be a high performing dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record and capable of achieving the maximum from every opportunity

Previous Sales Management in a main dealership environment is essential and you must hold a full UK driving licence.

Would suit someone with a keen eye and attention to detail, pro-active, enthusiastic and full of passion about the brand to drive the department forward

In return our client offers a competitive basic salary and excellent basic salary along with a genuine commission structure, use of a company car, BUPA health care and on-going career development opportunities

Salary – £35k basic – £70k OTE

Working hours/days:
5 day week, alternate weekends, so 6 day week followed by 4 day week
