The Customer Care Manager is responsible for delivering a high-quality customer service to client care team's, site agents and home owners. You will organise and motivate engineers by planning their weekly movements and ensuring all remedial work is managed efficiently. The ideal candidate will need lead from the front and be able to manage difficult conversations to ensure the best outcome for the business and client. You will be responsible for managing a small team and occasionally need to visit clients on site.

Planning engineers work schedules
Manage remedial issues
Ordering materials
Manage customer enquires via telephone and email
Manage a small team of engineers and administrators
You must
Have experience of working as a team leader/manager
Excellent written and verbal communication
Construction experience is preferred
Driving License is essential
Proven proactive attitude
The ability to manage clients expectations
A flexible and adaptable approach
The ability to engage, mentor and coach other team members
