Description
Key responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Manager:
– Supervision/Training and recruitment of staff according to size of the company.
– Credit assessment for new accounts using credit references agencies such as Dunn and Bradstreet, bank references, suppliers references.
– Setting targets for collection of cash during month.
– Resolving queries/disputes
– Customer risk assessment and cash flow projections.
– Monitoring effectiveness of team and identifying debt appropriate for outsourced debt collection agency.
– Being the finance voice in weekly meetings with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve billing issues, disputes and flagging ageing items where business action is required.
Profile
The successful Accounts Receivable Manager will have the previous management experience. You will also have previously streamlined Accounts Receivable process from start to finish. Previous experience within the non-profit would be highly advantageous.
