Are you available immediately for an ongoing Supply Chain Administrator job?

Duration: Ongoing for a minimum of 3 months and could be extended
Location: Working from home until we return to the office in Milton Keynes
Hours of work: 9:00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

As Supply Chain Administrator at Teletrac Navman UK, you will provide full administration support including invoice & order processing/reconciliation, along with ensuring the continuity on warranty repair stock and boot stock for engineers and assist in the processing of Telco/churn cases.
Joining a team of six motivated specialists, we’ll train you and make sure you have everything you need to do a great job. You will work within the team to support our customer base and associated hardware platforms.
You'll be working from home for the foreseeable, until we can return to our Milton Keynes office where you would be based in the future.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Supply Chain Administrator, you will be a key member of the wider Operations team and will work within the team to support our customer base and associated hardware platforms.
To break it down, your responsibilities will include:
* Invoice and order processing/reconciliation via assigned software application.
* Management of incoming and outbound communication escalations/requests for Supply chain team for field engineering and stock request.
* Review and management of Inventory requirements and escalation to stakeholders
* Administration tasks relating to order processing
ABOUT YOU

* Experienced as Supply Chain Administrator
* Experienced in using SAP
* Administration relating to customer and vendor requests
* Administration tasks relating to order processing
