Forest Care Selection is working in partnership with a national charity, who provide specialist support to clients with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) and Complex Care Needs, either in a community based or residential setting. They have an exciting new job opportunity for a Service Manager to join their team, overseeing 3 community based services across Milton Keynes & Bedford.

As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering exceptional care to all clients within a Community based setting. The Service Manager will lead the existing staffing team across the services, making sure they are fully engaged and that their training is kept up to date. The Service Manager should have gained strong experience in leading a busy care team, have knowledge of identifying poor practices, experience of implementing new policies and procedures and excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and how to apply them.

The Service Manager in Bedford should also have gained previous multi-site experience and have a clear passion for providing exceptional care to all clients. An NVQ Level 5 in health and social care or equivalent is also desirable.

In return you will be offered a salary of up to £35K, plus additional benefits including 35+ days holiday, Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance Scheme and also Death in service Insurance. You will be required to work 35 hours per week across Monday-Friday.
