Brand new job role.

The salary pays well and above minimum wage if qualified or apprenticeship with study of Level 3. Salary will be depending on experience.

Working for a fabulous outdoor based childcare establishment which through recent success, is now expanding.
This job is 3 days per week Wednesday to Friday operating from 07.30 – 17.00 hrs.
Reduced hours in the Easter and Summer holidays.
Will ideally need to be Level 3 Qualified however an option of Level 3 Apprenticeship may be available of which you will be put through the Level 3 Qualification.
As this nursery operates mostly outside activities, you will be the type of person that thrives seeing children play and learn from what nature can offer and appreciate the weather can change at any moment and see this as part of the learning adventure. There are yurts for when the weather is awful but the children mostly learn outdoors.

Must be superb with all forms of communication and confident to talk with people at all levels.
A background in childcare essential and the desire to want to be a major part of this successful business a definite.
