About The Role
At EKFB, we’re shaping infrastructure for a better tomorrow.
EKFB currently have vacancies for Administrators to join the site teams in both the Calvert (CA) and Twyford to Greatworth (T2G) sections of the project. As well as assisting with COVID-19 Coordination, you will be required to assist the site teams in all areas of administration and office management.
Your daily responsibilities will be to help manage calendars, office stationary and general administration duties. Your assistance may also be required with collation of report information, communications etc.
We'd also like you to pick up on the COVID Coordination piece which will include ensuring COVID-19 processes and procedures are followed in the office at all times. Reporting any breaches of guidelines.
About The Candidate
Key Skills and Qualifications:
We're looking for someone with a strong administration background
Knowledge of COVID-19 procedures is desirable
Knowledge of the Civil Engineering industry is desirable

EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. Our scope of the works includes 15 viaducts, 5km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 67 overbridges and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation.
