Recruitment Branch Manager – Construction Recruitment

We are looking to recruit a senior Recruitment Manager that's ready to take the next step into managing our Milton Keynes office

As well as being able to hit the ground running you will need consistency in Construction Recruitment and would be supported by our MD

The Branch Manager will be expected to manage the branch / team and will be responsible for ensuring sales & margin targets are exceeded whilst ensuring a high-level of customer service. A high level of motivational and people skills is essential to certify the productivity of all team members and the office itself. General duties will consist of: recruitment of new staff, branch profit & loss, overall branch management and to ensure client attraction.

Branch Manager Position Overview

Ensure the branch is kept to company standards and reporting only to the MD
Implementing training procedures to increase development
Maintain / exceed monthly Sales & Margin targets
Delivering exceptional customer service
Stock controlBranch Manager Position Requirements

A minimum of 3 years managerial experience
Passionate about increasing sales
Excellent management skills
Based in or near to Milton Keynes preferableBranch Manager Position Remuneration

Salary £30,000 – £50,000
Bonuses / commission to be discussed at interview
Pension
20 days holiday + BH
Full package and bonus to be discussed at interview stage
