The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team Ideal Bathrooms, based in Milton Keynes on a full time basis. The hours for this role will be 40 hours Monday – Friday. We are looking for a reliable individual who is energetic, dynamic and personable and can easily build relationships with our customers/colleagues, does this sound like you? Due to the national growth and development of the Ideal Bathrooms brand. We now have a number of opportunities for Customer Service Assistants to join our established team with our Milton Keynes Head Office. We are looking for confident relationship builders with strong Customer Service experience, whom have the ability to sometimes handle complex telephone enquiries. These additional team members will play a pivotal part of our brands customer service delivery promise.

Key Responsibilities:

* Efficiently take/make inbound and outbound calls
* Meeting customer service is carried out to a high standard
* Contribute to company sales and profit – achieving personal/team targets
* Process customer orders through various channels
* First point of contact for customer query resolution, returns and ordering
* Following all customer service processes efficiently
