We are looking for an experienced Category 2 driver at our High Wycombe branch, working Monday to Friday, 05:00 – 14:00, delivering to London. We are looking for drivers able to operate 12 or 18 Tonne vehicles.
We operate a state of the art, modern fleet which are fully liveried. We believe our drivers are brand ambassadors for Shawston International and are vital to our industry leading operations. As a result, we expect our drivers to maintain the highest standards and professionalism.
Shawston holds FORS Silver Certification and have been awarded the Considerate Constructors Bronze Award for suppliers since 2016.
Required experience:
* Full clean driving licence experienced driving either 12 or 18 Tonne vehicles
* Drivers Digicard
* Full drivers CPC
* Full knowledge of WTD rules and driving hours rules
* Experience of multi-drop deliveries
* Experience of driving within London
* Excellent communication
* Excellent timekeeping
* Numerate and literate
* Professional and courteous
* Flexible.
* Physically fit
* NPORS/ALLMI HIAB operator (advantageous)
The salary will be dependent on experience, 25 days holiday per annum, and all uniform and PPE supplied
