Site Manager required to join the management team on a new build £30M valued later living development in Bucks.
Reporting to both a site based Project Director and also Project Manager you will join the site based management team taking responsibility over one of 5 new build residential blocks. This is a traditional build brick and block scheme, all blocks are currently out of the ground with shell and core about to commence.
It is essential you will have acted within the management team on a large main contract scheme, ideally working with a Tier 1 main contractor. Whilst you will initially join the project overseeing the erection of the superstructure, your role will see you autonomously assume management responsibilities for the complete construction process. Ultimately with the assistance of finishing foreman, you will hand over your block, completed within the time and budgetary constraints, build to a high standard and in a safe and conscientious manner.
To this end your experience will include;
Traditional mid rise brick and block construction
Shall and core management responsibilities
Interior finish and fit out capability
Ability to challenge a programme and complete the look ahead work schedules
Full adherence and promotion of modern health and safety standards
A minimum of CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid accreditation's
