They are looking for an Ecommerce Administration Assistant to join their team.
To be eligible to apply for the kickstart scheme you will be:
* 16-24 years old
* Claiming Universal Credit
* Struggling to secure work or an apprenticeship
* Would benefit from a quality six month paid job along with support an guidance to help you build your long-term career.
In your new role as an Ecommerce Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email, telephone and ecommerce sales platforms. You will also process online and telephone sales orders, assist with Amazon stock fulfilment administration, assist with stock control, provide support for the marketing and dispatch team as required, list products on our company website and other online sales platforms.
In order to be successful in this role you will have excellent Communication skills. Office administrators will be required to have organisation with filing / paper management, basic bookkeeping and typing. You will have excellent customer service skills and be self-motivated.
