We have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team. It is essential that you have a real passion for offering a superb service and have first class communication abilities. As part of the recruitment process you will be asked to complete a written test.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Respond to customer queries in a timely manner via email and telephone
To take ownership of and resolve any issue raised by the customer
Ensure that the relevant administration is completed on a daily basis.
Carry out any additional tasks required by your line Manager.
Providing help and advice to customers on products
Handle complaints and difficult situations in a calm manner.
Enter customer comments on the system ensuring accurate records
Issue compensation if required or a refund
Identify areas that could be improved
We are looking for someone with:
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Possess a genuine passion for delivering world class service
Ability to multi task across two work streams, call handling and administration support.
Friendly and tactful manner
Strong team player
Able to work under pressure
Able to make decisions
