IT Environment Manager

Milton Keynes, remote working initially.

6-month contract initially

£380 per day – UMBRELLA / LTD

Our client has recently implemented the SFIA Framework database. They are looking for an IT Environment Specialist to manage the competency framework by developing the system for internal stakeholders to navigate their way round the system and apply for internal promotions and opportunities.

You will update requirement competencies and develop the database to guide users to the right avenues and enable the management of staff headcount and training needs through reporting tools.

Key Accountabilities
• Managing the competency framework and system management
• Headcount management – currently managed on a spreadsheet – short and long term.
• Training needs – part of IT services – talent management, succession planning
• Work with HR and training colleagues regarding the processes
• Plan the workforce and working with the resourcing team

Essential
• Experience of workforce planning
• SFIA framework desirable
• Competency framework

• Excellent IT skills – word, excel, PowerPoint, inhouse databases
