Lynx Networks provides IT infrastructure, solutions and support to clients across the UK.
The successful candidate will work in our IT sales team. Some broad IT knowledge is necessary.
There would be much to learn but you will be given training, and the team will support your development.
The IT Sales Support job will involve:
* Being part of our team of technical sales people
* Dealing with customers’ queries and enquiries
* Helping to produce quotations and proposals for customers
* Working with suppliers to gather product information
* Contacting customers to make progress with potential sales
* Achieving team gross profit targets
You will:
* Be confident working with a variety of people
* Be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Give great customer service
* Be proactive and productive
* Be a fast learner and keen to gain new knowledge
