Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager, for their large residential development in Milton Keynes. You will be working on a residential scheme consisting of 400 units, traditional build and timber frame construction.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager on-site, out on site and assisting with documentation in the office, managing works and sub-contractors on site. You will predominantly be focusing on internals, taking units from groundworks through to completion.

Candidates must have experience working on traditional build houses and having worked for a high volume UK House builder.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a Permanent role. Start date is immediately.
