What are we looking for?
We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Leader to run our Best Practice team. As we are a protection broker, experience of working in the protection industry is desireable but not essential.
The successful candidate will also posess the following;
Creative thinker
Strong analytical skills
Experience in leading projects
Excellent communicator – both written and verbal.
Team player
Eye for detail
Strong organisational skills with excellent follow-through
Knowledge of FCA guidelines is benefit but not essential
