Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager, for their large residential development in Milton Keynes. You will be working on a residential scheme consisting of 300 units, an mix of Timber Frame and Traditional build construction.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Site manager on site, out on site and assisting with documentation in the office, managing works and sub-contractors on site. You will predominantly be focusing on internals, taking units from groundworks through to completion.

We are looking for a hungry individual who is keen to progress to Site Manager ASAP.

Candidates must have experience working on traditional build houses and having worked for a high volume UK House builder.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a Permanent role. Start date is immediately.
