Wild are currently recruiting for a Customer Security Specialist join a new team. This new and exciting opportunity is working for a modern, fast paced, energetic company. This is a 6 month full time contract.
As a customer security specialist you will play an important part in making sure that all customers are set up on their new cyber security process and understand the reasons for the change and how it all works. As part of this role it is important to keep detailed records of all activity that is carried out. Due to the nature of this position it will involve managing and overcoming objections.
For this role you must have great attention to detail, highly motivated and be determined to achieve. You must be a self-starter and be able to manage your time efficiently. You must have experience managing difficult conversations and worked in a phone based customer service role. It is essential to have good clear written and verbal communication skills.
