Origin is looking for a Solutions Support Executive to join our small but mighty Solutions department and provide a solid foundation for the department.
What you will be doing:
Being a first point of contact for the Solutions department for customers and field engineers
Coordinating site visits, phone calls and facetime bookings between customers and engineers
Raising orders for parts and products as required
To help keep all SSOW's up to date ready for review as required.
To help write any new SSOW's working with the engineers, taking photos and documenting the process ready for review
Creating professional site reports and providing these to the customer
Spend time on site with the engineers to understand what they do and how it is carried out to help better support them
Work with the engineers to create installation processes for new products, documenting the process and typing it up for review
Assist with the Friends & Family process when and if required
Finalise and Certass register Installations as required

Who you are:
Keen interest and technically minded individual, with experience of working in a similar position
Advanced Excel skills with strong capability in Word, PowerPoint and the ability to learn other systems
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Works in a structured, planned, and managed way
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing project environment and thrive working as part of a team
