The role:-

Due to the continued growth of the business, we are looking for a newly appointed Regional Director to join our senior management team.

You will be required to develop a detailed strategy that clearly shows how your region will contribute to the delivery of the overall business plan. We are looking for a passionate, motivated leader with experience of delivering affordable housing at a senior level.

The successful candidate will be commercial minded whilst always being committed to the general ethos of our business and the desire to facilitate the home ownership dreams of families across the country
