Asbestos Trainer

£30,000 – £35,000 + Company Benefits

Northampton, East Midlands

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen within one of the UK's leading Environmental Consultancies that deliver a wide range of training services in Asbestos, Legionella and Health and Safety.

My client's Training Academy offers a full range of classroom-based and online courses on asbestos awareness and management as well as Asbestos Awareness, BOHS P modules and RoSPA approved courses.

As an Asbestos Trainer, you be will visiting clients across the Midlands and areas of the south East, delivering a range of structured and bespoke training courses.

The ideal applicant will have experience in delivering a range of UKATA and BOHS courses and the hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 and P405/RSPH3 certifications. You will have a good understanding of the Asbestos industry, regulations and HSE guidance, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Applications will be considered from the following areas: West Midlands, East Midlands, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire.

Key Duties of an Asbestos Trainer:

Delivery of training courses such as: BOHS, UKATA, RSPH and IATP
Receiving course feedback
Working alongside Training Manager and Training Co-ordinator
Developing relationships with clients
Attending monthly training meetingsRole Requirements:

BOHS P402, P403, P404/RSPH3 qualified (P405, W504, CCP highly desirable)
Full UK Driving License
Understanding of all current asbestos Legislations and Health + Safety law
Previous experience in delivering asbestos training courses Of offer is a basic salary which will range from £29,000 – £35,000 along with a fully expensed company vehicle and excellent benefits package.
