It is an exciting time to join the MERKUR Casino UK team as the business plans a rapid expansion programme. MERKUR Casino UK currently operates over 180 MERKUR Slots Adult Gaming Centres, 3 Family Entertainment Centres and 3 MERKUR Bingo clubs.

Due to a rapid growth within our business we are now looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as either a Paralegal or Legal Assistant either in house or in a private practice with experience of dealing with Commercial Leases, has a strong academic track record and has a passion for this area of law.

Key Responsibilities for this role are:

* Data collection on leases

* Liaising with landlords, estate agent and surveyors

* Communicating with tenants

* Reviewing of leases

* Assisting with negotiations

* First point of contact for enquiries

Required Skills:

* A legal qualification equal to a Law Degree

* Sound knowledge of Commercial Property

* Previous experience supporting a legal counsel/solicitor

* Strong attention to detail

* A team player
