Location Milton Keynes
Salary: £28,000.00 – £33,000.00 per annum (depending on experience & interview)
Sector: Mixed Dentistry, Specialist Practice
Job Type: Full time / 40 hours – Monday to Friday

I am directly recruiting for a Practice Manager to join a mixed practice located in Milton Keynes. This practice offers General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, Botox, Children's Dentistry & Specialist and Expert referrals.

The owner of the practice is looking for someone with a vast skill set which includes the following experiences and exposures:

Recruitment management
Payroll
In house training
Policy and compliances
Finance and billing for all monies
Day to day Management for practices' staff
Clinical governance experience
Dealing with NHS claims
Familiar with CQC inspections
Experience working in Dental Practice

Experience:

Dental Practice Management : 1+ years
Software: Exact SOE

The successful candidate will have worked as a practice manager in the past and understand CQC expectations. They must demonstrate high inter-personal and organisational attributes and be ready to lead the growth of this patient focused organisation.
