Athona are recruiting for an experienced Band 7 Occupational therapist required to work in community admission avoidance and a supported discharge team.

The role will include completing multifactorial assessments to identify goals and treatment plans, providing intervention such as issuing equipment and rehabilitation plans to improve functional independence.

You will be working closely with the immediate MDT consisting of rehabilitation assistants, PTs, nurses and medicines management technician.

This is a locum role, 37.5 hrs per week : shift pattern 8.30 – 5.00.
