Our client is an award-winning independent firm of chartered accountants, auditors and tax advisors based in the heart of the Thames Valley. They support corporate businesses, SME’s and individuals with a full suite of services giving their clients the confidence and safeguard they need.
They are looking for a Practice Manager to manage their administration team and to support the partners in ensuring the organisation is operating effectively and efficiently. Working very closely with HR, IT and Marketing and encouraging the best working environment.
They require someone to Lead Compliance, manage Operations and Health & Safety across the business. Also acting as their Data Protection Advisor, you will have overall responsibility of GDPR and will need to ensure all departments are following processes.
Key Duties
Support Partners and Managers
Manage the monthly Payroll (Outsourced)
Develop and Coach admin Team
Facilities Management
Overall responsibility of Health and Safety
Oversee and support compliance and risk issues in the business
Managing the operations of the office and supporting the office manager
Salary £40-£45K
Location Buckinghamshire
