High Wycombe / Marlow / Remote Working

Our client is a well-established, multi service law firm with offices located across London, who are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and accomplished Property Solicitor to join either their Marlow or High Wycombe office on a permanent basis. A split of office and remote working is available.

The successful Solicitor will have a minimum of 2 years' experience handling a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing and commercial property files independently from inception to completion.

This will include but not limited to:

* Freehold / leasehold

* Sales and purchase

* New build

* Re-mortgages

* Transfer of equity

* Landlord & tenant

* General commercial property sales and acquisitions

The salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience.
