We are looking for an Administrator to join our finance team on a permanent basis.
This a varied position, providing administrative support to Advisers, Paraplanners and Practice Manager; including preparation for client meetings, creating and maintaining client records, client valuations, greeting clients and ensuring the office remains in a tidy and professional manner at all times.
Key responsibilities for this role:
Booking client appointments.
Confirming client appointments by letter, email and phone including relevant documentation if necessary.
Preparing meeting packs for client meetings.
Preparation of client valuations ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
Processing client authority letters and obtaining detailed policy information.
Be the first to answer the office telephone, dealing with client and product provider queries.
Preparing the office post.
Greeting clients on their arrival.
Monitoring professional office cleanliness.
To correctly and accurately, follow all company procedures at all times.
Ensure the work you carry out is at the highest and accurate standard required.
To comply with requests of company management in agreed timescales.
Ensure the proper use of IT equipment and software are utilised where appropriate.
Ensure the inputting of data into company software is accurate and appropriate.

Essential Skills
Experience working in an office environment is essential.
Special attributes:
Good telephone manner, being able to talk confidently to clients.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions at all times.
Confident in using formulas and other features of Microsoft software and other software providers.
Highly organised, with the ability to remain calm and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Skills
At least two years of experience working in a financial services office environment would be desirable.
Qualified or working towards Certificate in Financial Planning.About Company
