Gi Group's client is one of the most well-known household brands based within the logistics industry.

The core of this role is customer service taking inbound calls from members of the public with general queries in regards to their delivery; you must have customer service experience and happy working within a busy environment. You will also have previous experience in working on Microsoft products and email communication.

Your hourly rate will be £9.24 per hour. This is potentially a temp-perm role.

The hours will be from 9am-7pm, Monday to Friday. This includes Saturdays.

You also get Free parking and there is an onsite canteen.
