Gi Group are looking to recruit Trainee Recruitment Resourcers for our branch in Central Milton Keynes.

To be eligible to apply for the kickstart scheme you will be:

* 18-24 years old
* Claiming Universal Credit
* Struggling to secure work or an apprenticeship
* Would benefit from a quality six month paid job along with support and guidance to help you build your long-term career.

During your 6 month placement with Gi Group we will give you the opportunity to work in all areas of our business, from internal admin, placing advertisements, interviewing and registering candidates through to understanding the recruitment sales process. If after the 6 months we both feel we are the right fit for each other there will be an opportunity for a permanent position within the business.

The role pays national minimum wage relevant to your age and will be for 25 hours per week. To apply for this position, in the first instance please speak with your job coach at your local Job Centre.

Pay rate will be between £6.56-£8.91 per hour.
