We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Marketing Executive to join our team based at our High Wycombe office. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,000 – £30,000 per annum.
Where you’ll fit in:
As our Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for customer events, including hospitality, alongside playing a supporting role in all digital events. A large part of this role is owning and executing the annual awards calendar, all sponsorship agreements and assisting with the internal communications plan working closely with the Head of Marketing and the People & Culture team. You will also be responsible for managing selected partner marketing relationships which includes securing MDF and working with the wider marketing team to build and execute the related campaigns. This role is heavily focused on driving brand recognition to the market, as well as ensuring customers feel appropriately engaged throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities of our Marketing Executive:
– Owning the administration and logistics for corporate sponsorship agreements for both customers and employees
– Undertaking the planning and logistics for any in-person events, including working with graphic designers on stand design and administration
– Playing a supporting role in the planning and administration for online events including webinars, roundtables, or larger virtual seminars
– Proposing new additions to the awards calendar in line with the business strategy and vision
– Working with key stakeholders to collate and submit inspirational award entries
– Helping drive the internal communications strategy as directed by the Head of Marketing and People & Culture team
– Supporting with Partner marketing by exploring how MDF can be leveraged for events, branding, sponsorship, and awards

What you’ll need to succeed as our Marketing Executive:
– Broad understanding of and experience in marketing communications is essential
– Knowledge of business telecoms and cloud solutions desirable but not essential
– Experience using a marketing automation platform (preferably Pardot)
– Artwork and design skills (Adobe Photoshop, basic HTML, content management) are desirable but not essential
– Strong attention to detail
– The ability to use spreadsheets and analytics platforms to analyse data, spot trends and report on performance
– Strong system skills (ability to use the Microsoft packages is a must)
– An interest in technology is essential
– The ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of both the Marketing team and organisational objectives
– Experience using a marketing automation platform (preferably Pardot)
– Confident engaging and collaborating with senior stakeholders
