Role: Regulatory Data Coordinator
Duration: 6 months initially (3 days per week)
Location: Chalfont / Remote
Rate: £12.82 – £15.38/hour PAYE
The Regulatory Data Coordinator is a pivotal role in the Regulatory Operations group and has responsibility for the completion of RIM (Regulatory Information Management) system data updates. To support the timely update of our regulatory data, the Regulatory Data Coordinator will need to communicate with a large Regulatory Affairs group, including external partners, to collect data on submissions and approvals worldwide, and input the information into the RIM system.
Responsibilities:
RIM system data updates in connection with specific ongoing projects
Clean-up of migrated data
Act as 'data steward' and update Regulatory Information Management system on behalf of external users without direct access to system
Communicates closely with internal and external Regulatory Affairs partners to ensure maintenance of regulatory data
Checks data input by other users using defines business processes
Requirements:
Previous experience in data entry role
Self-motivated and self-managing
Previous experience in pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry a plus
Prior knowledge of Regulatory Information Management systems such as VEEVA helpful
Basic understanding of Regulatory Affairs procedures would be a benefit
Skills:
Excellent time management and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Data entry and strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with data systems and good general computer skills.
Effective analytical skills and the ability to summarize information and offer solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate issues in English in an easy to understand manner.
Positive and outgoing personality.
