ACCA, CIMA, ACA or fully AAT qualified Finance Manager required for a highly successful and strategically growing business in High Wycombe. They are a world leading supplier in their sector with sustainability and innovation as a core principle.

The role:

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for leading a small team of Finance Assistants and managing all aspects of finance processes and controls within the UK office. This will include:

Management of AP and AR processes
Statutory Accounting and Compliance reporting
Balance sheet reconciliations
Lead month end and year end processing
Financial Analysis
Day to day staff management and motivation
Systems development and improvementThe successful candidate:

Ideally, you'll have an accounting qualification or be qualified by experience and have gained experience of a senior finance role within a multinational organisation, preferably managing a team.

You'll also be a confident SAP user, with advanced Excel skills and be able to demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills.
