Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers with immediate starts for our client based in Milton Keynes.

PAYE rate of for HGV Class 1 drivers is £12.93 per hour the first 8hrs and Overtime – £19.40 per hour

Shifts available on days with the start times between 5AM and 8AM.

Please also contact us to discuss our new, entirely optional, alternative arrangement, where a driver would receive a payment in lieu of holiday accrued, which is paid weekly as you work, rather than holiday pay being accrued to be taken at a later date.

If you chose this option, you must still follow the standard holiday processes in respect of booking periods of time off from work and are and will be actively encouraged to take appropriate time off each year.

Your Time at Work

As a professional HGV 1 driver, the work involve all aspects of trunking, the nightly runs will either be from Milton Keynes to Middlewich or Aylesford with possible back loads. All bay tip at both locations. We are delighted to offer a great rate of pay and an excellent working environment. We will be able to provide successful applicants with an ongoing full time regular work 5 days a week. Most assignments are long term for those that desire an ongoing opportunity.

Part time HGV drivers are also welcome to apply.

We have other sites locally that work will be available at if for any reasons shifts are not available.

Our Perfect Worker

As an HGV Class 1 driver, you will ideally have –

UK driving licence
12 months HGV driving experience
No more than 6 points
Digi card and DCPC
