Business Development Executive
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Up to £23,000 + benefit package worth £1,500 p/a
Contract: Full Time, permanent.

Due to growth within the business, we are looking for people looking to start or develop their careers within sales / business development / Account Management in one of the most successful businesses in the Milton Keynes area.
The role is home-based during COVID-19 (you will be provided with all the necessary equipment and training). Once safe to do so, the role will be based within our Milton Keynes office.
The Role:
This role combines elements of both business development and account management, placing emphasis on the quality and accuracy of information provided to the client and recorded in the CRM system. In addition, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring your opportunity pipeline is managed efficiently, supporting both new prospects and existing customers.
• Dual Role assisting both Corporate Level and Dealership level, Contract Hire and Leasing customers.
• Target based to meet client remits. Larger Fleets being the main focus, looking at 100+ vehicles working with a small team of three.
• Keeping on top of market trends, maintain product knowledge and understand competitor products current and future
• Delivering agreed targets consistently and in line with client requirements
This is an exciting and varied role. The successful candidate will possess:
• Excellent telephone manner and the ability to get to the root cause of customer’s issues/needs
• Strong IT skills and the ability to manage a database (CRM experience will be very beneficial)
• Good sales skills, particularly the ability to identify opportunities
• Calm and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in cars / ability to assimilate the brand quickly and effectively
• Maturity and confidence. The successful applicant should be able to build rapport well and instil confidence in both client and prospect.
• Strong organisation and self-starter skills with the ability to effectively self-manage.
• A professional, articulate and presentable demeanour.
