BASIC SALARY: £35,000 – £40,000

As our sole UK Application Support Analyst / IT Systems Administrator you will be our first point of contact for everything IT related from our SalesForce and ERP systems to our hardware and network landscape. You will also support all types of personnel, from basic system users to Managing Directors, as well roll up your sleeves and get stuck into whatever technical challenges present themselves.

You will:

· Liaise with our Global Swiss Headquarters & external service providers to ensure our systems are kept up to date.
· Create and modify business critical reports and dashboards.
· Carry out data analysis for the senior leadership team, utilising in-house BI (Qlik) and SalesForce.
· Work with our external Quality Consultants to develop, maintain and monitor our ISO accreditations.
· Manage all licenses, user profiles & permissions.
· Provide technical/IT training for all staff.

If this sounds like your dream opportunity, you MUST have knowledge / demonstrable experience of:

· SalesForce support and some form of BI tool knowledge (Qlik is ideal but not essential).
· Windows Installation, configuration and troubleshooting with client PCs and notebooks
· Applications support of standard software (windows 10, MS office, SharePoint, Adobe, etc.)
· Hardware including; clients / notebooks / printers
· Citrix, remote desktop connections for clients including installation and configuration
· Active Directory & Server operating systems
· Fixing network errors or network configuration errors
· Creating local documentation and manuals

And worked in the below industries or in companies that are involved in: F1, Formula One, Motorsport, Automotive, Aerospace, Marine, Ship Building, Defence, Textiles, Packaging, Clothing, Paper, Cardboard, Wood, Vinyl, Plastics, Rubber Foam, Leather, Aluminium, Carbon fibre, fiberglass.
