Infrastructure Manager – Milton Keynes – £55,000 – £70,000 + Benefits

Currently searching for an Infrastructure Manager to work for a highly established company based in Milton Keynes. You will be required to assist in the management of all internal infrastructure, supporting systems provided by the IT team, ensuring the underlying network infrastructure operate efficiently. The Infrastructure function is going through an outsourcing programme, you will manage the new third party set up and delivery as well as supporting moving from on prem to the cloud.

Responsibilities:

* Coalition with the business to achieve business aims.

* Taking ownership of serious service issues

* Support the design, optimise and monitor the companies LAN and WAN's

* Perform regular reviews and checking of the back-up process, disaster recovery planning and input Business Continuity plan

* Implementation of IT Security tools

* Experience of managing third parties

* Understanding for move from on prem to cloud Technical Knowledge Windows OS, Exchange, TCP/IP, SQL Server, Citrix, VMWare, SAN, Virtualisation.
