Scrum Master – Milton Keynes – to £55,000 plus package

We are helping one of the UK's brightest technology companies grow their team in Milton Keynes. To keep them at the cutting edge of technology they are now looking for a Scrum Master to join their team in Milton Keynes.

As Scrum Master, you will be the link between their software development team and business function of their business. Ideally you will have an excellent knowledge of the SDLC and agile. You will be working high performing, client facing team in a business that is growing rapidly and there is a great opportunity for future leadership opportunities.

To be a successful Scrum Master, the ideal candidate will have:

Very strong Agile experience (knowledge of Lean and SAFe are a plus)
Scrum certified (CSM / PSM for example)
Strong knowledge of software development and the SDLC
Strong knowledge of Agile and Kanban
Strong client facing and stakeholder management experience
Excellent communication skills
A cool head under pressure and be able to adapt to changing needs of the businessWhat is in it for you?
