Senior Site Manager, Buckinghamshire

The Construction Desk are working closely with a PLC residential developer to join their team to take the lead on a new project near Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire. We need an experienced Senior Site Manager (no.1) with a track record of running projects of 100+ units (traditional and/or timber frame build).

The Role:

Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, you will have full responsibility for project performance. Supported by a wider site team of company trained Assistant and Trainee Managers, you will oversee the project from initial groundworks stage through to completion. Duties will focus on short/long term programming, stakeholder management (NHBC), maintaining a strict health and safety culture on site, and ensuring build standards are held at a high quality.

A proven track record of leading teams on residential/housebuilding sites of 100+ units

Open to trade, further education or military background

Salary:

On offer is a salary up to £67,000 p.a. with a company car/allowance, a dedicated bonus scheme, further training and a wider benefits package.
