Ashley Kate HR are currently recruiting for an Inhouse Recruiter to work alongside the HR team to take responsibility for all recruitment across the business and support with HR issues including issuing employee contracts, dealing with low level disciplinaries, informal discussions around attendance and arranging appraisals.

Working in a busy industrial environment you will be responsible for generating candidates through adverts, job boards, social media, employee referrals and networking to recruit for both permanent and contract roles. You will liaise with hiring managers to understand their needs to generate candidate pipeline for future roles. You will be able to interview and onboard candidates effectively to promote staff retention.

About you:

You will be experienced working in a busy industrial or engineering environment, either inhouse or agency
Strong attention to detail is a must to ensure all compliance documents are in place
A strong understanding of employment law
Solid experience in candidate generation.

The role will be based on site Monday – Friday
