A newly formed M&E contractor based in Bucks would like to speak with you about joining their team as a mechanical project manager / engineer. The company are backed by an established and respected main contractor and have a considerable growth plan in place for the next 5 years. The Mechanical Project Manager / Engineer

In your role as mechanical project manager / engineer you will be responsible for a number of construction projects across the London and Home Counties.

You will need to be able to price work and then proceed on to delivering the work across residential, commercial and education sectors.

Project values are up to £1.5m at the this point but the company has hit every growth target so far, this is a really integral point to get involved in this up and coming company.

The Company

The company you will be working for is newly formed and backed by a main contractor. Their work stream comes through from a variety of sectors but currently a lot of residential. They focus on winning work from outside of the group but are also in a secure place getting work from their partner company.

Experience and Qualifications

Suitable qualifications and a proven track record of technical and financial success in this role is essential, together with a commitment to meeting targets for customer service and quality.

Necessary requirements are:

* Previous experience as an mechanical project manager / engineer

* Previous experience on energy centres, mixed use and residential projects

* Experience delivering projects up to £1m.

Remuneration

The successful applicants will enjoy a salary of £30,000 – £55,000 complete with negotiable package
