Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Turkish speaking Customer Service Advisor based from home initially but requiring a commute to Milton Keynes in due course. This is a new 12 month contract initially, working in a dynamic international team that cover European clients.

Manage a portfolio of clients, meeting their needs
Dealing with a wide range of customer queries where every day is different
Some flexibility of hours is necessary to accommodate time differences

As a successful Turkish speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will have the following:

Minimum 2 years' customer service experience on a business to business basis
Fluent written and spoken Turkish and English
Client focus and commercial awareness
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
Working from home but close enough to commute to Milton Keynes

Salary: £28-30k

Location: Milton Keynes with some remote working

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday
