Estimator – Industry leading sub-contractor

Our client is a specialist sub-contractor who have been operating for over thirty years across the Northern Home Counties, Cambridgeshire and London area.

Due to continued growth and a busy order book, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join their team in Milton Keynes on a permanent capacity.

As a business they design, manufacture and install all forms of secondary steel products such as balconies, balustrades, staircases and light structural steel frames. They have built up an impressive portfolio of clients both within the high end residential and commercial sectors

Their ideal candidate will have the following:

* 5+ years Estimating experience, including high value projects.

* Specialist sub-contractor or manufacturing experience.

* Excellent knowledge of industry labour rates and material cost

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels.

* Fantastic attention to detail.

* Drive and career focus.

In return for the above skills and experience, they will offer a highly competitive salary, in the range of £50k-£60k – negotiable on experience, plus benefits.
