Responsible for the credit management of the Robert Bosch Engineering and Robert Bosch Ireland ltd together with the co-ordination of Credit Management activities within Robert Bosch Ltd, Robert Bosch Holdings and the Inter-Company Ledgers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To proactively coordinate and manage the credit management for the Robert Bosch divisions and entities. The following are a list of the Duties.

* New Account analysis.

* Preparing and pursuing accounts in pre & legal status.

* Preparing and distributing Bad Debt Provisions reports.

* Preparing Aged Debt analysis reports.

* Attending monthly divisional and management meetings.

* Supporting Internal and External Audits.

* Coordinating actions between various shared Services.

* Authorisation and Approval of order releases, new accounts, credit limits and payment terms initiated via the shared services.

* Preparing various Detective controls.

* Assisting and taking credit card payments for all divisions

* Administration Barclaycard, Smarterpay payment systems.

* Direct Debit system and processing backup.

* Holger Christiansen backup.

* Keeping up to date with current Legislation, Compliance and Internal company guidelines and Directives.

* Identity management back up.

* Credit control for Robert Bosch Engineering.

* Integrate new Bosch UK acquisitions into Credit Control system.

Administrative duties:

* Manage local archive

Other:

* Project Management lead duties for OBC in the UK

* Manage and prepare Ad- hoc reports related to tasks contained in Job description or in support of various departments.

* To carry out other tasks that are within capabilities and that may be reasonably requested from time to time, including activities with Shared Service Centres.

* To complete all tasks and Objectives in accordance with Customers quality and delivery requirements, standard company procedures and policies, Health and Safety requirements and industry codes of practice
