A great opportunity has come available for a HR Advisor on a 6 month contract to join a key client of Boden Group's and be part of an exciting project.
Job outline;
To provide an excellent professional field-based HR advisory service to line managers requiring advice, support, guidance and training on people management issues in order to maximise the effectiveness of human resource, where appropriate, referring queries back to the HR Helpline or (S)HR Business Partner where appropriate.
Provide guidance and practical expertise to line managers on policy related issues to ensure the best performance of both their team as a whole and the individuals within it – this includes providing professional advice and support in disciplinaries, grievances, appeals and performance management issues
Provide education and coaching to line managers
Managing Employee Relation cases This role is a home based role with site travel once a week to locations such as; Kettering, Milton Keynes, Hull, Peterborough, Ipswich. (You will be provided a car allowance for the travel)
Ideal candidate;
Likely to have 2-5 years business experience/HR management experience
Understanding of all aspects of HR including employee relations, recruitment and selection
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels, ability to build and develop good quality
Flexible to travel once a week
