Contracts Manager (Landscaping) — Milton Keynes/ Hertfordshire

Our client is a growing Horticultural Company with a good road map to expand, an exciting and dynamic business that has seen significant growth within all current service areas and is looking to continue its expansion and growth within the sector.

They are now looking to recruit a Ground Mintenance Contracts Manager to assist the Regional Manager in his duties.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for the New and Existing Projects, with key areas of responsibility to include:

Health and Safety (UKAS SHEQ)
Team Management
Customer Service
Decision Making Key Duties

Management of the Ground Maintenance Projects.
To engage with the customers and ensure that the service delivery is of an extremely high standard
To visit customer sites/potential sites to appraise their needs.
To plan and carry out day to day management.Candidate Requirements

Experience in managing a workforce
Experience in Ground Maintenance
Be able to work from drawings
Strong Commercial Awareness
Customer Service Skills
Problem Solving Salary & Package Information
