Electrical Project Manager required to run 2 projects in High Wycombe and Cobham. Both projects are for the same client and are both high end retirement villages.

Cobham £5.5m 74 apartments

High Wycombe £7.5m 158 apartments

* Overall management of electrical services projects in the commercial, residential and industrial sectors.

* Attend client meetings

* Site management / site set up

* Procurement of labour / materials / sub-contract packages

* Risk assessment / health & safety What you'll need to succeed

* Electrical Contracting Background essential

* Experience delivering electrical projects to a variety of sectors, but resedential experience wouold be advantageous

* Financial Management of project and working to budgets

* Have strong client facing and communication skills

* Be able to manage your own workload and work well under pressure

* Proficient in MS Office, word and excel, and other related computer programs
