TechNet IT Recruitment is looking for bright and ambitious IT Recruitment Delivery Specialists to join our busy Client Services team. The CS team focuses on delivery and sourcing top talent rather than business development itself. So, this role would suit experienced resourcers, technical recruiters, or account managers. If you're a 360 consultant looking to transition away from business development, this could also be a great role to consider.

You will get the opportunity to work with some of the most recognised brands, scouring the globe to head hunt the very best talent. We will provide you with all of the tools and training you need to excel and ask that you just bring your confidence, ambition, determination and brainpower.

Some of what you will be doing:

* Key Account Management of key TechNET accounts and partners.

* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (180 Delivery)

* Sourcing candidates with; LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, Bullhorn, Google X-ray Searching

* Familiarity with CRM and ATS systems; Bullhorn, Workday

* Writing job adverts and publishing across multiple platforms

* Speaking to candidates and managing them through the hiring process

* Scheduling interviews and briefing candidates to ensure they are fully prepared

* Build strong client relationships.

* Build strong candidate relationships.

* Able to work at pace and use data to influence your approaches

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

* Proven experience in agency/internal recruitment

* Degree educated (Desirable)

* A strong work ethic and determination to succeed

* Resilient and tenacious nature.

* Big personality – You are a confident and clear communicator and enjoy speaking to people
